Salon Policies

shutterstock_summer2Our Salon, Day Spa, and Salt Cave policies are designed to provide you with the highest quality experience and service. Please review the following policies before your scheduled appointment.
Salon & Spa Etiquette

We try our best to provide a serene and relaxing environment for our clients. As a courtesy to others and for your benefit, the use of any electronic devices is not permitted in the Spa or Salt Cave areas. Children must be supervised at all times and if at all possible, please make any necessary childcare arrangements.

Late Arrivals & Cancellations

Once an appointment is booked, unless we hear otherwise, we will be prepared for your prompt arrival. Late arrivals may not be able to receive their entire scheduled treatment. Treatment and package times are reserved especially for you. To avoid being charged in full for a missed appointment, notify us of a cancellation 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for a single service, or 48 hours for multiple services and Saturday appointments.

Multiple Service or Group Appointment Scheduling

When scheduling appointments of 2+ hours, or for a group of 2 or more people, a credit card reservation is necessary. As outlined in our Cancellation policy, a 48 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a charge of 50% of the services scheduled. Missed appointments will be charged for 100% of the services booked.

Hair Corrections

If you are unsatisfied with any hair service, please notify us within 5 days and we will be happy to redo that service free of charge. Many factors influence a finished cutting or chemical hair service and it is important to us that our clients are completely happy. Please contact the salon or your stylist within the 5 day period to avoid being charged the regular salon price for your corrective appointment. The original stylist must redo your service unless other arrangements have been made with management.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are transferable, and may be redeemed for product as well as services. Gift certificates are not refundable, may not be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates. Gift certificates may be invalidated should you  fail to show for your scheduled appointment.

Package / Series Purchases

Discounted series and or packages for the salt cave are for the exclusive use of the registered card holder.
